I read some negative reviews about SAs at this location and that was also what I experience in Mar 2013 when I first visited. This time I got some referrals yet also came across Ronny.
He speaks very good English and very helpful and also gave me honest opinions when I can't decide among bags. From my experience of visiting on two consecutive days, most SAs at this location weren't very helpful in showing you what they had and would tell you everything they had was on display. Ronny checked the system for me when I wasn't very happy with what he showed me. And he managed to pull out things in the back while I continued to witness other SAs lying about what they had.

Another +1 for Anita at the SF boutique. She is extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend her.

I completely agree she is incredible! I would also like to add that I have never found a great SA at Saks until I came across her recommended by another TPFer and I was happy with her professionalism and patience with me.

I agree. I haven't bought anything from Liz yet as I just got her name but I've shared notes back and forth while deciding what to purchase. Liz is extremely fast replying and very nice. I have a couple of items I'm looking for and I'm sure she will be able to find them quickly.
I would highly recommend John from Chanel boutique in Waikiki. His no 808-921-7720. He always went extra miles for the items that i'm looking for
