hi guys, I met a new sales from NYC, I was up there for the weekend and ran into Tim Seltzer from Saks! I love him, he was so nice and pleasant. I was so nervous hearing bad stuff about sales associates from up north but I def. recommend him to everyone he such a sweet heart!

She went above and beyond to find my taupe with GHW - just tell tell her that the lady who got her to search the purse forum sent you all - She is fab - She spent ages getting the code for the taupe I wanted ( as stupid me forgot to get it ) and reserved it at RC ( despite RC saying I couldn't do this )
If you are going to Paris , just email . ring Bon Marche Chanel and reserve your items through her - please tell her hi from me too xx

I highly recommend Annie Cooper at Sack's in Chevy Chase, MD! She is also a mom and very down to earth and practical. She isn't pushy at all and welcomed me warmly every time I went in to see and decide between the new medium Boy and Jumbo Flap. She wrapped and presented my Boy beautifully--Camillia included!
