I love Jacob in Neiman Marcus Boston. He is great! Very very knowledgeable, great personality and very helpful. I was on a waiting list for Black Chanel classic caviar and he pulled all strings to get me one sooner than later :)

Karen Benson at Saks is the best! She is at Beechwood OH but if you need anything from her, she can ship it to you. She found my new medium black boy today and I've only emailed her yesterday! Super friendly and very quick response. She is on my list forever! THANK YOU KAREN :) she really went out of her way and beyond to help me all the time.

Christine Zembower at the 57th Street boutique in New York & Natalia Voroncova at the Bond Street boutique in London. Both are incredibly patient, go above and beyond and exude everything CHANEL. Champagne is offered too.

Anthony at NM Beverly Hills is great and I just saw where someone recommended Lana at NM Beverly Hills. She helped me last week and was nice. I have always had a positive experience at that boutique. Sohelia at NM Topanga is excellent in shoes. I live in Orange County and prefer the Beverly Hills NM Chanel boutique.

I have to say I have just had a very good experience with Hector Rojas from Saks Santa Barbara - I am based in the UK and he managed to locate an item for me (which is sold out in the UK and very hard to find in the US in my size). The whole process was smooth and I have received it today and Im very happy!
