Shipping address doesn't matter. The important part is that it's shipped as a GIFT.

NM doesn't give you anything for opening a card, but sometimes they do run promotional APR offers on the card. The main thing is that they only take their store card or Amex, so you don't have much choice.

Is this still effective?? I thought everything gets tax
