Just to update some info on the SA at NM Newport Beach, CA. Cynthia Smith is not a Chanel specialist, she is actually Fendi specialist and can help at Chanel. Roshy Basti (phone # 949 533 2053) is a real Chanel specialist and she knows a lot more about Chanel. I have been shopping there for a long time and it has always been a pleasure to do business with Roshy.

I highly recommend both Jessica (Chanel Rue Royale Paris) and Carolina (Chanel Montaigne Paris) even though my only conversations with them were via phone calls! They are so friendly and patient with my enquiries!

Hi does anyone know is Kiet Chu from the Houston boutique is still there or taking orders? I ordered from him back in '08 and he was lovely, i didnt incur additional duties cos i'm overseas. However I havent heard back from him in a week
Is there an SA someone can recommend who will send overseas and keeps in good contact? DESPERATELY seeking a reissue. TIA!

He's a great SA contact person, he's there at the boutique. He prob was out that week before the holiday season started.

If any of you ladies are in the DMV area and looking for a great SA, Miki @ Bloomie's in Friendship Heights (chevy chase, MD) is fantastic!! She works in YES and helped my best friend and I pick out a fabulous fall wardrobe and a new Theory suit that made me look 10lbs thinner! along some with some great bags and gifts. She's part-time but she's willing to come in for appointments and is super honest and helpful.

I second this...first dealt with Jennifer...she didn't return my calls for a week. Monika even said she would come in on her day off to help me with my recent Chanel purchase. I told her that wasn't necessary (coming in from Canada) but Jennifer was there and her disdain (that she lost a sale) was quite obvious when she handed me my bag that Monika had helped me with. Oh well!
