I just finished a transaction for a Black Caviar Timeless Classic WOC with SHW with Sokhey and Emily at Chanel Boutique Nordstrom Mall of America. It arrived yesterday and I'm in love, and I can't thank them enough - they were super easy to work with on the phone and over email, acquiring the bag from a different store, getting it to me with no issue. I will be working with these lovely ladies again!

When will this happen again? I know I am a bit late but I am new at this and would like to get the GST with SHW. Do anyone know if this is available in the BayArea, CA?

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with her recently with the purchase of two bags. Not only was she extremely nice and patient, she let me know at the beginning of the month that there would be upcoming price increases, and promised to call once it was confirmed. She followed up with a phone call before the increase, and was able to hold both items for me until I was able to come in and make the purchases almost a week later. One of my items had actually gone up in price prior to these dates, but as she told me the incorrect price originally she was able to honor the lower price.

She also helped me open a NM credit card and ship them as gifts so I didn't have to pay tax. She even followed up with another phone call once the item shipped a few days later, and provided a tracking # promptly. I also emailed her back to see if I could get a dust bag added (it didn't come with one of my purchases), and she replied right away and said that was no problem. I have bought Chanel from several good SAs, but Nissa was INCREDIBLE!

Hi! Some other posts mentioned that if there's a chanel in your city, they'll still charge you tax? I see that your location is NY (lots of chanel boutiques), and your SA is from NJ, she still shipped without tax? Thats great!

I'm looking for the timeless tote : A50755, but have been searching all over for this bag without success, might just give her a call if she doesn't charge tax!

NM will ship tax-free if you ship it as a gift. So, you need to give them the name of someone else (a friend, family member) who will be receiving the package, and it will be tax-free.

You will need to pay for shipping though, but it's something like $12.99 . . . definitely much better than hundreds on tax! Hope this helps.

When I went to the store, not only did she ran around different floors to find many bags for me to try on, she was so patience and nice about my pickiness! She even found me a maxi that's made in France, which I thought was impossible cos most of them are from Italy!

I don't want you to get bored reading long paragraph, but I want you to know she's truly the most Helping most Responsible SA ever, you are definitely going to love her!!

I have a feeling there are different rates of tax in the US. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm looking into placing an international order. Which state has the lowest tax? Or it doesn't matter as the price still comes down to the same amount when tax is taken off?
