Really late response, but I got beautiful white ribbon packaging at Saks. I had my NM purchases shipped to me so they were in boxes with tissue and the NM sticker, but no camellia. Hope that helps. If you can see into the back room of the boutique you can see whether or not there is special packaging available.

I would also like to *HIGHLY* recommend Nissa Ng from Neiman Marcus Paramus, NJ (Garden State Plaza mall)

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with her recently with the purchase of two bags. Not only was she extremely nice and patient, she let me know at the beginning of the month that there would be upcoming price increases, and promised to call once it was confirmed. She followed up with a phone call before the increase, and was able to hold both items for me until I was able to come in and make the purchases almost a week later. One of my items had actually gone up in price prior to these dates, but as she told me the incorrect price originally she was able to honor the lower price.

She also helped me open a NM credit card and ship them as gifts so I didn't have to pay tax. She even followed up with another phone call once the item shipped a few days later, and provided a tracking # promptly. I also emailed her back to see if I could get a dust bag added (it didn't come with one of my purchases), and she replied right away and said that was no problem. I have bought Chanel from several good SAs, but Nissa was INCREDIBLE!

I normally don't write much but I have to yell out loud to tpf that I've found Best of the Best SA--- Anita from San Francisco Boutique!!

As we all know the return policy at boutique is only 14 days.. I got a JM in iridescent calfskin in April, didn't use it much until recently, and sadly the bag is pilling my clothes and also the bag itself! I was soooooo upset, too terrified to use it, probably can't re-sell it either, what am I gonna do with a $3500 sitting-at-home bag?! I was randomly talking to Anita and mentioned about the problem, I can't believe that she actually allowed me to exchange!!! You can't imgaine how surprised and relieved I was!!!

When I went to the store, not only did she ran around different floors to find many bags for me to try on, she was so patience and nice about my pickiness! She even found me a maxi that's made in France, which I thought was impossible cos most of them are from Italy!

I don't want you to get bored reading long paragraph, but I want you to know she's truly the most Helping most Responsible SA ever, you are definitely going to love her!!

I totally agreed. Anita is also my SA!! I love that she does go out of her way to help me locate my bags and not to mention she's super nice and sweet.

I dealt with many SAs with different personalities. 90% of them are super helpful but the best one is Erin from Bloomingdales South Coast Plaza, CA. She was wonderful. Her number is (714) 824-4721. I should've used her a long time ago instead of going to different SAs.

Sheroo Barragan helped me buy my first Chanel. She works in a Chanel boutique in Vegas the Strip. I don't remember which one, probably the one in the Forum.

She is great ! extremely helpful and sent me lots of pictures by email. She also responds to email quickly or you can call her directly.
