Finding your SA for you Chanel addiction is like finding a babysitter for your baby :p

I highly recommend Fares from the 31, Rue Cambon store in Paris. :heart:

He's very helpful, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. He always gives me the best recommendations on the bags, shoes, accessories, perfumes. Last year he made my dream come true finding my HG bag :cloud9: Since that day I'm a loyal fan of Fares, lol. He's the ultimate Chanel guru for me.

And when I say loyal, I mean that even if I see anything I want at other stores, I still go back to Fares to buy it from him. Bcs it's not only about having the item, it's also about the memories of the shopping experience. So every item I bought from Fares makes me happy and makes me remembering the real Chanel at the Rue Cambon. :girlsigh:


It's so not the same with other SAs.... I bought one Maxi in Geneve only bcs it was the single flap Maxi and it's impossible to find one these days... I don't remember the SA's name but she was pretty arrogant and even rude. I use this bag of course but it's just a bag, does not touch my heart.

Can I pls ask for a favor, do you have a SA that you can recommend to me at Saks please? I tried emailing a gentleman at Beverly Hills for 3 days, and got no reply for him :mad: can anyone pls help me here. thank you very much

^I was just at NM White Plains this evening and I saw Christina taking a picture of a bag for a customer. Alexa is another SA at the same store, very sweet, works Fri-Sat-Sun.

She is the nicest and most hard working SA ever. I dont know why but most at Nordstrom aren't very nice nor patient. I've been in and out of NM, Bellevue, Washington for several months and Colleen has been helping me the whole time but i didnt find anything interesting or out of my price range. She finally found something i loved, overnighted to the store, waited for me after her work hours, email friendly...You wont regret going to her..so customer service oriented!
