Back when Macy's by Marshall Fields, the Coach department was a totally seperate department and they always had a Coach specialist working... now that they have become Macy's I've noticed they have cut down their sales force and now they have maybe one person covering ALL of purses and sometimes watches too.... it's not like it used to be :sad: Macy's kind of sucks to work for to (I worked there for a week when they transitioned from Marshall Fields and had to quit because they were so ridiculous), so sometimes you see the way the company treats its people reflected on their customer service. I feel your frustration...
