My SA has being said one year now. Wonder if I'm being lied to? It used to be two.
The official company policy is still two, however more and more stores are acting on a “one per profile” this year basis to help spread the bags to more clients and be more “fair”. If you got your quota bag at your store and then jumped ship for another US store where you then dropped big coin, there’d be nothing stopping the second store from offering you another bag if they wanted to (same cannot be said if you got two at the first store first). That’s how you know the official quota limit is still two (and Constances aren’t company quotas etc).

Two Bags per year (At least as per my offers, though I only took one of them). I did get another at FSH which has no bearing on my two. But, if probably depends based on your SA; your relationship; your store; and, your spend. I do know of cases where people have gotten more, and cases where people have not gotten any. I also think that H also calculates the possibility of continued or future prespend, though I have no idea for that.

It is definitely possible to get more than 2 qbs a year even at the same store. Since I've already maxed out my 2, my SA hinted that if I wanted a 3rd bag this year we can use the hubby's account (assuming he will go in and put some spend on it of course.) :lol:
 
Interesting to hear the 1 QB per year policy popping up. I’m new to the journey for just a month but got on really well with my local store SA in Switzerland. After a good consistent visit and spend for the last few weeks for things that I’m enjoying so much, I asked him last weekend to start my wish list now that I have better handle of the handbags I want. He said that the wish list is established at a special appointment. Each SA is allocated a set number of appointments within the pool. The next available is in December. In this appointment the SA will provide a thorough overview of the options, leather, colours, sizes, etc. to curate my wish list. They will bring out samples for me to try on. They try to satisfy everyone’s wish in 12 months, as currently there are over 4000 wishes. They don’t sell to non locals anymore. So the 12 months thing sounds like one bag per year to me! The special appointment system also sounds different from most other Hermes stories. It’s definitely another way to pace the bag sales. Perhaps it’s unique to my local store here in Switzerland?

This is a very much unique to your store/region. The 12 month period is a limit of the request not a fulfillment guarantee. It is just a way to purge the list and keep it from extending forever with names the store will never see again. If you do your appointment in December, and for example, if the bag arrives in February, you’d be able to put in a new wish and potentially receive it before year’s end. The official firmly applied quota limit by the company is “no more than two per account per calendar year.“ Even the stores that are insisting it’s only 1 have still been seen to provide two to the “right clients”.

Agree with above @jbeans that more than two at one store are possible (though I personally have not experienced this :) ). I do have to amend my answer to three QB this year, but between two separate stores.
My FSH SA: in February, 25K; in late Sept, 28K quadrille and cargo picotin 18 (insignificant prespend)
My home store NYC: summer 2022, 25B sellier (i do have a substantial prespend, but I also refused other QB offers)

So… I am jumping on to give information about Milan…or maybe Italy in general.

My SA told me 1 quota per year but I am welcome to request another bag from another store but not in the same country.

Anything that has Kelly on it… pochette and K to go is considered quota.

I open this year wish list in January and she said it can take up to 1 year… ( same like Switzerland I guess)

And now the SA doesn’t inform the client when the wishlist quota bag arrived :(
There is a special department that will call the client when the Q bag on wish list is arrived.
