Yeah I think europe or maybe just in Italy have this new rules… my friends visiting some store and they only offer bag to local only

So… I am jumping on to give information about Milan…or maybe Italy in general.

My SA told me 1 quota per year but I am welcome to request another bag from another store but not in the same country.

Anything that has Kelly on it… pochette and K to go is considered quota.

I open this year wish list in January and she said it can take up to 1 year… ( same like Switzerland I guess)

And now the SA doesn’t inform the client when the wishlist quota bag arrived
There is a special department that will call the client when the Q bag on wish list is arrived.

Been told same for London too . The wishlist lasts 12 months so effectively 1 per year ! And same info regarding SA not informing client but a designated department/person.

I was a bit nervous when my SA told me that… I thought… did we get too friendly….

Well now we know Milan (Italy), London and Switzerland has the same new rules…

I shop in US and Europe and have been told 2 per year at both stores.

unfortunately, yes if its the same country. But you can get around this....you can get a B/K at a franchised store in the US (for ex. Hermes in Manhasset Long Island falls in that category. you can purchase quota bags there and it would have no impact on your 2 quota bags/year elsewhere in the US). Franchise stores only have access to what you’ve bought @ their location specifically.....

I just went to France to visit my SA and she said it’s a new game now, customer can now fill in for two wishlists a year, and this quota system only applies to BKC (including danse and pochette). You’ll then receive a notification of yes/no for your wishlist in a month or so.

Any update on the quota bag situation, seems like some online are saying it is now 1. At least for our own experience, my wife got her two quota bags last year and haven't been told any different for this year when we put in her SO.

They all count toward pre-spend, it just that the SA get a lot less commission from those products. People who really want to make their SA's happy be buying fine jewelry and home goods as they have the highest commission rates, or sometimes people just don't want to buy a bunch of stuff and rather just hit the pre-spend with one product, that's easily achievable through fine jewelry.

As a new H Lover this makes PERFECT sense. Question, would you say those items outlined by ChanelObessesion if purchased in bulk have the same "high" commission? I have spent approx 2 to 3k each visit; I try to make the visit appealing for my SA and I, both.

I live in Italy (not Milan) and my SA said I can put a wish for a B or K and another one for a C—immediately after I bought my B this year. She never said anything about 1 QB per year. I just know that my new wish expires after 1 year. We’ll see if my new wish comes in this year too!
