Would you kindly clarify what you mean by "fresh purchase" as well as Ostrich B/K/C?
Ostrichs are not quota in my store SM said the demand for ostrich in this area is not as high. Fresh purchase means you will have another dedicated pre-spend line outside your wishlist bags for bags that are ready to purchase (like push offers).
Fyi, we only have 1 quota bag a year, every store is different.

This store is in Asia and is a franchise one hence why the rules are a bit different. I was surprised too when I was offered the ostrich after I received my quota bag! It is a rare shipment tho so can’t get my hopes up that it’s going to happen again haha.
That’s interesting! I got a B30 and then 1 month later a K28 ostrich. That was November for bag n 1 and then December the 2nd. Well, last week I went back (1 month later but new year so I thought I could get another offer) and my SA offered Constance and explained why. She said I just got a B then a K And even though it is a new year and I get 2 bags.. it was too close to my other 2. So she said maybe February. And also said “let me know if you really want one in February because u can only get 2) I said yeah no worries. Said this year I want a B30 or 25 gold on gold and a K25/B25 or MK in croc black gold. Not sure which one she will get me first
Hello, I've just heard that Hermes has limited quota bag (B/K/C) to 1 per year. I haven't heard any confirmation from my SA. Did anyone hear the same info. This is for the US.
Thanks! I haven't heard anything from my SA and have messaged him/her to confirm. Just want to see if anyone heard similar info. Also, Constance was never a quota bag in the US.
My SA told me today that he has been told 1 quota bag per year except for VIP clients. SO is also not supposed to count toward your quota.
Thank goodness SO doesn't count. I had one just arrive and was hoping to add one last bag to my collection this year.
I was told that Constance is a quota bag in a NJ boutique last year. Anyways, I guess each store can make up their own rules to a "certain degree". Also, doesn't really matter whether or not it's quota. The key is if one has a good relationship with his/her SA/SM, then the item magically becomes available usually and some " tweaking" of the rules happen.
Honestly rules are never set in stone. It’s all about:
year to date/ lifetime spend
category spending (homeware, furniture, jewelry, RTW)
and relationship With SM/SA.
