apigscloset already put in the plug for the Chameleon, which is what I was going to do as well. I love mine!! I carry a 35cm Birkin as my daily bag at the moment, and the Chameleon just makes it really, really easy to keep everything in its place and organized. Stuff doesn't fall out or go sliding around, and a bonus is that if it's raining one morning or for some other reason I need to switch purses, it takes all of about one second to do it.
I wear mine open, unless I'm walking in the city in which case I pull the straps tight and just turn the turnlock--and turn the opening of the bag toward my body.
