The only thing that really bothers me is that I see and feel a couple of the small lines (cracks?) ...I don't know if it has been bang on or not...it's definitely not stone veins within the bangle. So I am waiting to go visit my other jeweler and have her take a look for me before I can really make the decision.
Then you have every reason to think twice...i would want perfection for that price

Sigh....Petals, it's so gorgeous! What a lovely green. It's always best to save for your holy grail if you can manage to do it! That bangle is really special though, stone veins and all.

Thanks BreadnGem and bernie! They are my first A bangles. I bought a B one in China (knew it was B...although "negotiated" down to $270 or so), which was an oval (preferred shape), but it was thinner. Stopped wearing it though because of you ladies scaring me with the "chemicals leeching!"
Still looking for my dream lavender/violet, but feels good to have a couple pieces to start with.

Thanks Faith! I am happy with my humble pieces, although they are pale compared to many of you ladies' bangles. One day, I will have my dream lavender/violet! Maybe when Silver Mom's jeweler comes to the NY jewelry show in March!
I really didn't want to give Jojo business after last time, but they have such a big online inventory, makes it so much easier. I had actually emailed Jeff about this $300 one when I was still in my last bangle saga with them, and he refused to send me more photos.

Petals, gosh, I hope they are stone veins. Some can be open and can be felt, but they are not cracks and don't have the same durability problems. I'm sure your jeweler will help figure it out. Maybe you can negotiate way down because of them?
