Awww, 3Jems, I fell in love with that bangle a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, just a wee bit too small so I emailed them to see if they had any with that beautiful coloring in a larger size. Nothing available so wasn't meant to be for me :( But, I'd be thrilled to know a jade sister might be wearing it!

It's going to be chinese new year in Singapore soon and I got busy making love letters ...since the mother in law and my mom prefer home made ones.... I have made 10 bottles it's kind of :amazed::amazed: hearing my mom tell me they finish eating half a tub with minutes in front of the TV when I take 2 hours to fill up 1 bottle !!!

I wish we can all come out and eat some of these and talk about jade bangles haha

Yum! I love those and I had no idea what they were called. I think that's one of the best thing about living in Hawaii. There are so many different cultures that you get the best of a lot...especially food!

I have 2 small princess bangles coming from UJ. I love my Princess, so I'm seeing about getting her company. lol

Oooh, what a beautiful manicure! Are the flowers raised and do they catch on anything?

OMG, HI BERNIE! I'm so glad you popped in to say hi. I truly miss your postings here and your sense of humor! What amazing cookies. Those look like they are hard to make because I imagine that they stick and tear easily! Wow, you are amazing! It's great that you can let yourself get into it. When my German grandma was with us, I remember it was baking and cooking all day, from 5am on! It actually became such a serious focus, like an art form. Now I've gotten totally lazy again....guess it goes in cycles! Wish I could try one of those "love letter" cookies. Such a cool name btw.

Thanks for the support on my new bangle. should be here in a few days and then I'll post it. Hopefully there won't be any unpleasant surprises....

Germanshepard, congratulations! You got a great deal for that bangle. I admire that, I really do. You could have easily paid much more for something not as pretty as that one. It's so lovely. You must be very happy!

Oh. What a coincidence. So nice to know a fellow Jade sister fell in love with this same bangle. What size do you wear? I can ask UJ to help you keep a look out for similar bangle in your size when I see her tomorrow.

For the manicure, yes the flowers are raised. But they don't catch on anything cos there is like 2 layers of acrylic over it and the crystals. :)

Thanks Claire. Having pretty nails makes me happy. Fortunately these can last me a whole 4 weeks before I get a new design.

I'm so excited to be meeting UJ tomorrow. Hope I don't carried away and come home with more then 1 bangle. Think I'll need to bring a stern pic of my hubby just in case. Lol. :D
