Usually if I buy something from China with free shipping I will get it between 3-4weeks

3 weeks has been the norm for me, too... I have one piece I"m still waiting on that tracking just showed up in New Jersey. Weird. Normally anything from that side of the globe just goes to Honolulu first, on occasion it pops up on the West coast before heading to Hawaii.

That's not so bad, the federal post offices are closed on Xmas eve and day... but I think the commercial companies in the US still work, just offer overtime.

Jade pricing is so weird. Of all my bangles, my Princess has the highest, clearest chime and the least visible flaws and good even coloring with faint flowers.... I'd say PL has slightly more translucency but does have that visible/felt flaw line and the visible stone veins... but twice as expensive, because of the faint lavender color, I guess.

Slightly less is Leaf with all sorts of visible flaws and several that can be felt and a flaw line that feels weaker to me than the rest of bracelet.... but lots of translucency that looks like icy chips inside. It's funny to think that Leaf is more than Princess when princess looks/sounds prettier to me.

So much variation and qualities to think about.

It's going to be chinese new year in Singapore soon and I got busy making love letters ...since the mother in law and my mom prefer home made ones.... I have made 10 bottles it's kind of :amazed::amazed: hearing my mom tell me they finish eating half a tub with minutes in front of the TV when I take 2 hours to fill up 1 bottle !!!

I wish we can all come out and eat some of these and talk about jade bangles haha

I trie dto browse the DT site but there's not many bangles in my size ( pretty small ) and I m so tempted to get another lavneder after seeing yours . Clairejune - Love the indian bangles and jade bangle look ..And I m glad your made yoursel fthe owner of that translucent bangle on etsy . I don't think it would be possible to buy one like that for that price so easily anywhere in Singapore for that translucence . Looking forward to when u get your hinged blue one .

Germanshepard - The carved bangle looks yummy , but the ball like carving is slightly obtrusively , otherwise i love that shade of lavender with swirls of green cloud . I m looking forward to one that should be arriving home with my MILfro m hk in a couple of days .

To be honest , i m a little averse to carved ones , those that comes with dragons phoenix , peaches ruyi-s .. the grand works ... But if the carving is quite minimal then i'd joy in wearing a piece of art .

The bangle on ebay looks inviting so is the price as well . It looks liek grade A as clairejune suggested but have u email the seller for more pictures, description of stonelines /flaws if any ?

Welcome back. Missed your postings. Been wondering where you've disappeared to. Omg!! You're so talented to be able to bake your own love letters. They look delicious. Yummy!! Next year CNY can place order with you? Heheh. I always envy people who can bake and do such wonderful cookies & cakes. I've not baked since secondary school. So think my rock buns will turn out rock solid if I try baking now. Lol.
