Silver Mom, you are amazing. Thank you so much for going through the trouble. They are both amazing, and I can totally imagine the color. That blue one is officially my dream bangle now. I adore the proportions. Very beautiful and sculptural as the curves are perfect. I can see how translucent it is also. I hope I can get it or something like it in a few months, or ever for that matter.
jjtt, jojo is extremely reliable. I bought 3 bangles from them. 2 for myself and one for my 13 year old daughter. Quality is superb, unquestionably grade A jade, fast shipping, government certification, great return policy and good customer service although it may take 2 days for them to email you back. I totally recommend them!

They sometimes have incredible deals. The only thing though is sometimes they have already sold a bangle but the picture is still up. The best thing to do is try to do the live chat. Mind you, the only time I actually got through to them that way was very early in the morning. But if you don't get through, you can leave a message, and they will reply in a day or two. If it's sold, they can find something similar or cut a new one. They are a very large jade processing company and are always making new stuff.

Started falling in love with jade when I bought my first pc a month ago. I happened to chance upon it at a local jewelery shop. It isn't translucent kind but more of bluish green. Love it to bits. Now keen to buy my 2nd pc. First time buying jewelery online. Hope it'll turn out well. Will share my experience after that. Silver Mom - you know, it's great that your dealer is doing the cutting from rough. Personally I think this is the best type of dealers to buy from because usually the workmanship is assured, you can customise sizes, and the prices are way better!
