B20 in croc/gator can be ordered at podium. Lizard, no.Are lizard bags push offers (like an all-lizard bag)? Same with B20 bags?
Very few Blue Box bags are actually Push Offers. Typically blue boxes are limited edition seasonal bags which are ordered at podium.Kelly en Desordre is a blue box offer and AFAIK those are always push offers. The Kelly Elan is not a push offer though so maybe that’s the one your SA was referring to ordering. Especially given the fact you were told it was extremely rare is another indicator it’s not something that can be ordered at podium.
Could you clarify which are the seasonal limited edition bags that can be PO-ed? You mentioned the inside out line. What else?Very few Blue Box bags are actually Push Offers. Typically blue boxes are limited edition seasonal bags which are ordered at podium.
I'm honestly having a hard time thinking of a blue box that IS a push offer, aside from some B20s, lizards, and other top top tier bags. In-and-out, bolide on wheels, shadows, cargos, micro picotins, anate, bags with medors on them, one two three away, sunrise/sunset, 3-in-1, some picnics...all podium orders. They also can change status from season to season. Then you have bags like box and barenia which ARE push items but not blue box. Blue box has never meant push offer, it's just a bag that Hermes is proud of or considers delicate and thinks deserves that extra celebration.Could you clarify which are the seasonal limited edition bags that can be PO-ed? For the limited edition items (blue box and before blue box exists) that I personally have purchased, they all had been push offered.
Moderator, if that is off topic, we should probably start a new thread on that. I am very curious to know about what blue box really means these days.
According to reliable source, the Picnic and the Faubourg were push offers in 2024. Himalaya probably still is.I'm honestly having a hard time thinking of a blue box that IS a push offer, aside from some B20s, lizards, and other top top tier bags. Regular Himalaya are push offers but not blue boxes. Diamond hardware Himalaya are both blue and push. Shadow is definitely Podium for the last 3-4 years at least. Sac Malice Space was on the website for months for goodness sake. But I'm not going to go point by point, obviously our "reliable sources" differ, I think source motivation may have a bit to do with that as well. A bag can be lovely and an honor to own without having to be blue or Push so I'm not sure why its such a hang up sometimes. 🤷🏻♀️According to reliable source, the Picnic and the Faubourg were push offers in 2024. The original In and Out Ks were pushed. It might have changed as there are just a lot of the Bs and Ks out there. Same thing with the Shadow. And I have reasons to believe that the Shadow might have become POed in the very recent past.
123 Away We Go was undoubtedly a push offer. My SM and SA both said the HQ simply sent the bag during the Christmas season. They did not order it. So that was a push offer, by definition. And that was also way before we have blue boxes.
And the much hated Sac Malice Space was a push order, at least during its initial days Due to the amount of hate it received on this forum, I doubt any SM in the right mind would order it at the podium.
There is always confusion what can be ordered at podium. For instance, some SA and SM believed that a certain leather can be POed. But it turned out that has not been the case for years.
I have heard that SMs do discuss demands for rare items (blue boxes are not necessarily rare any more) at Podium. And that was disclosed to me by a reliable source too. That discussion only gauges demand and it does not translate into an order.
Don’t worry about me. I still love my Sac Malice Space that I got from my store no matter what. I am just glad the web one must have gone to someone who truly loves it.Regular Himalaya are push offers but not blue boxes. Diamond hardware Himalaya are both blue and push. Does Box as a push offer vary from country to country? My store orders Box at podium. I just had this discussion with my SA as I am expecting my wish K25 Box to arrive and my SA said it was ordered and confirmed by Paris. To stay on topic, I wish Barenia (smooth) and Box are not push offer only.
I think it definitely can vary by country. Like everything H, they can change it at any time too. Congratulations on your K25 Box!Does Box as a push offer vary from country to country?
