that's the style I had that I lost. it's great for putting in your purse (small) but only works on tables. I want something that that I can also use in other areas like bathrooms with no hooks!

I vote for the shiny gold Clip. It's easier to open with one hand, also not too large like the heart. The heart measurements are 3"x4". The Clipa is 3" round. I got the shiny gold Clipa from a nice friend. I keep my purse hanger hooked to the strap so I don't have to look for it in my purse. It's great for the heavy bags with wide straps. It does not squish the wide straps on my Coach bags.

ok ladies! i just did my order! i order the pink clipa!

as much as i loved the hearts, they were 10 more + $5 shipping... the clipa was just under $2 shipping AND i don't plan to wear it on the outside of my purse (except perhaps when shopping when i may have more of a quick need for it!) otherwise it will be in the pocket in my purse just like my old style!

the pink is new and for breast cancer awareness month... so a good cause! it will look good with my black and brown purse and depending on the shade with the red (i've worn my red zoe with baby pink and it's the perfect shade! on my monitor it looks like it will look nice.) the only one i'm concerned about is aubergine zoe.

if i really like it i can always order another one in the brushed gold or if i ever acquire a purse with silver hardware! i should have it tomorrow so i'll let you know my first impression and post IRL pics!

oh and for the record! all you frugalistas! first off... i'm pretty much a bargain shopper, too! unless i see something i want and within reason!!! i did some good searching to see if there was anything else like the clipa and the examples i showed were all i came up with! i really want the ability to hang my purse on doors, etc!

also... when i first showed it to hubby (without telling him the price! i still haven't except to tell him the hearts are more expensive!) he went to his workshop and brought a caribeaner (spelling) hook back in the house and tried to test it on my purse! lol! ya..... uhm... NO! (it didn't work!)

Hey there Stormi, sorry i haven't been checking in as much since I started my new job. Yep, the Hookup twists to form a hook and is actually gets more comments than my purse! It is more like jewelry, so I guess that's why it costs more (I have it in the platinum). I read about it costing more than others but if I paid all the money on a purse then I guess I don't want to hang it with something I don't really like too! ;)

part of me is wondering if it will still be easy to use if i just get the clipa but keep it in the inside pocket... and i mean easy as in accesible when i need it in a ladies' room or someplace like that.... i'm used to going into my purse to get out the one i used to have to use on a table when eating! (if i do that and don't wear it on the purse i could get the pink breast cancer one.)

I have a similar to hook #1 that I got from Icing by Claires in the mall (I have been surprised to see purse hooks showing up in stores recently). I like it, but I would rather have the folding one if possible just because it would take up less space in my bag.
