so I went to Dave n busters last night for dhs bay and I was telling my mom about what I bought and she goes you mean one of these? and whips a purse hook out of her purse! And she goes "dont you remember me asking you if you wanted one?" and I was like NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! lol

I actually found mine laying on the sidewalk one night in front of where I live. I looked down and I saw it just laying there. I was so excited my DH was laughing at me.

I used to laugh at these things because the my grandmother and her little old lady friends had them. You would see them sitting, having tea in the church social hall with their purses hanging from the tables. Now I'm buying them- I bought mine from pursesitter.com. Really cute.

I hope this is the right forum, and no one is going to yell at me.

This past holiday season my mom was dishing out these handbag hooks, so you can hang your bag under the table when you're out somewhere, instead of putting it on the table (could get dirty), on the floor (definately getting dirty), or on your chair (could get stolen). So now I have an accessory for my accessory.

I think the different designers should make them to go with the bags in their logo...

I was wondering what you ladies thought of them, have one, want one, think they're ridiculus etc etc.? :confused1:

I think they are just kind of dumb but the funny thing is, this upscale restaurant here uses them. They actually bring them to the table for clients to use and as I was leaving last week, the Maitre D gave me one. I never would have purchased it on my own but I probably will keep it in one of my bags just in case.
