Thank you for sharing this video. I just received my new purse hook. It will stay in my purse. I got tired of holding my bag in my lap in restaurants.

I have a purse hook and used it a few times when I first got it. But now I usually put my bag on a chair seat and if I can't do that, I hang it on the back of my chair. I never sit it on the floor.

I occasionally used it when there was no place to put my bag other than on the floor. I don't really care what other people think about it as I am not putting my bag on the floor, full stop! It's just gross. I know a lot of people do but I don’t. Think about it, when one gets home, one may put the bag on the sofa, kitchen counter, chairs etc. It's just bad hygiene.

I have one and only used it a couple of times at banquets where I was crowded into a small space. Usually I request a booth so I can put my bag on the seat next to me, or if not then I keep my bag on my lap under the napkin. I don't have huge bags though, LV Speedy 25 or similar size in other brands.

I totally agree. People spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on purses. My purse hook worked really well at a restaurant today. My friend thought it was cool. She is going to buy two herself.

I find it it weird that some people think it's weird that I use a purse hook but hey - no way am I going to place my handbag on the floor! I have had this purse hook - it has a bling'y butterfly (I love butterflies!) motif on the 'head' for years and years and it's still holding up well no matter how heavy my bags are. It's light-weight, too, so it fits nicely in one of the inside pockets of my bags. My only qualm about it is its angular arm - I think if it was round like a Clipa it would be perfect. Aah but I love her all the same!

I had couple but I always forget to use them... Plus I don't want to give addition work on those handles and leather so I prefer my bags to rest on a chair next to me.

Never put it on the floor.
