i'm actually in the process of organizing a secret santa for an email group i'm on...all you really need is a list of people who are willing to send to other countries (and if not, people need to send within their own). and, of course, you have to make sure people are COMMITTED to doing this (and i understand stuff comes up, but you always need to remember what it's like to be the one left out. it hurts. and its happened to me more than once). the one i'm doing is requiring a few ecards, a few real cards, and at least ONE package (no more than $20 w/o shipping).
i would be more than happy to organize...it would give me something to do other than my finals

I would love to participate as long as it's exchange of cards, the budget is small OR if we could have different groups if the exchange will be of gifts? Like, people who want to spend $50, $100, $200, etc. so no one feels pressured to spend a little or end up getting jipped.
