I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

I think that KC3 wanted no pictures of her with or anywhere near him or the family. He knew she would use them for her own devices like that posed one eye with a tear picture that has been all over the internet.

I think that was part of it. The RF handled it well at the Jubilee, but H and M probably want to be in official photos.

So true! My aunt by marriage picked a fight with me at my grandfather's wake so she and her awful family wouldn't show up at my wedding 2 months later. It was all calculated, just like everything the Harkles do.

I’d love one of the whole gang. It feels like forever since we had a full family shot, but I’m guessing Andy has put paid to that whilst they all pretend he doesn’t exist.

All of this. I also think that it’s so easy for anyone on the planet to say, if I had been in her shoes I certainly would not have (fill in the blanks). Even if you believe she should have stood up to them or whatever Stan/Sugar scenario they might have, pretty much everything she has done could have been done better. No matter what side of it you are on.

Personally I imagine myself being offered the chance by the Queen herself to hang out with Sophie and avoid making an ass of myself I sure would have said “where do I sign” and not “I have Mr. CB.” LOL.

Now, what's interesting is whether she will try to divert the attention on herself on the day of Coronation or simply release a statement of some kind. Like how she's suddenly divorcing and making a big career change.

Maybe she'll grant People exclusive first pictures of the Prince and Princess themselves.
