I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

Rather than KC and his sons, it should be KC, the Prince of Wales and Prince George. H should have no acknowledgement regarding the coronation.

I’m betting on you. That diversion fits with the People publication schedule, it would be on newsstands the day before on Friday the 5th, so, of course, all over the Net the next day, the 6th, Coronation Day.

If they pull such a blatant stunt I would think it would be end of any relationship.

Tom Bower is stating that the PoW prevented Meg from attending. I don't think I would go that far. How much input did she have? Maybe none at all. He also states that if Harry were allowed on the balcony, then Andrew could be there as well. He called them the two renegades. Harry is the renegade. Andrew was just stupid, but not a renegade.

I can't believe she would give up the opportunity to be seeking worldwide media attention from a huge event like the coronation.
Unless she wasn't included on the invitation.
I can't help but think she'll turn up on the day with her hUsBaNd and that will be her 'attention stealing moment' because everyone thinks she's staying at home. Not that anyone cares about her that much, but because her ego has her thinking she's the most important person on the planet.
Am I the only one thinking that?

Sugars are claiming it’s the honourable thing to do: daddy goes fulfilling his duty while mommy stays at home for the birthday. Like the high-powered, international couples that they are.
Forgetting, conveniently as always, that as someone mentioned up thread, they were BOTH away on one of Archie's birthday. My bet is she wasn’t invited and this is a face-saving measure and a chance to spring some suprises to upstage the coronation. Sugars with no critical thinking lap it up, of course.
