I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

They're really dragging out the will they or will they not attend thing, aren't they? :lol:

So desperate for attention. The coronation will literally be filled with some of the most important and prominent people in the world. These two can show or not and honestly no one will notice their absence or presence. It's sad how they're pleading to be begged to come.

They need to just give it up. No one cares.

It’s just a way to keep their names in the media. Everyone is sick of them.

Honestly, I don't really like people either. :P I much prefer close friends and family, my DOGS, and you all. Nevertheless, I don't go around faking it to make it like she does, use other people at any cost to desperately climbing the social wealth ladder, and act so hypocritically and disgustingly that I am a social menace. She has real psychiatric issues. She is a warped human being with no soul.

Dropping this quickly and then retreating to not violate tpf, but linking these 2 families in print, knowing the d e s p e r a t i o n of Ghoul for political recognition, I smell a plot to link up for travel across the pond. H and FLOTUS publicly made nice a few years ago re: the military, and ride sharing would lessen the carbon footprint, and think of the free security for the Harkles.

I think they believe it, I really do. They both have distorted views of reality and don't have a firm grip on objective truth. Also, if either of them were actually capable of heartfelt self-reflection, which I doubt they are, they'd have to face up to the pain they caused the late Queen and the late PP, as well as KC3. They'd also have to face that they destroyed his relationship with his brother and Kate, that they smeared an entire nation, that they bullied and mistreated staff horribly, and that they betrayed family relationships and confidences. They'll never, ever admit to any of that, not even in their most private thoughts. It's also why I think their marriage will last longer than I originally thought. Harry isn't ever going to admit, not even to himself, that he was played by a weepy grifter. Much easier to blame the media and his family as the cause of all his troubles.

This really is their last hurrah though, so to speak. There are no other major, worldwide events involving the BRF coming up. We've had them all crammed together in the past 2 years, starting with the late Prince Philip's funeral almost exactly 2 years ago, the Queen's Jubilee, the Queen's death and now KC3's coronation.
