I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

DF is 89yo and planning to retire at 90yo, it might be time. There are plenty of people competing to replace her, I don't think TW has a chance. Unless H is deluded enough to think that KC rules by fiat and can magically silence the 60 plus % of UK citizens who dislike him, I‘m not sure what a meeting between the Harkles and KC was supposed to do. But then again H has proven by his words and actions time and again that he really is dumber than a box of rocks. He conclusively demonstrated in his book that he doesn’t have a firm grasp on his own family’s history and that he doesn’t understand how the BRF functions when he expressed surprise that there was an actual hierarchy He should be worried about how the British public will react if he has the effrontery to attend KC’s coronation after all he’s said and done since Megxit. The booing the Harkles heard at the Cathedral during the jubilee will probably pale in comparison to the booing he should expect if he were so misguided as to attend the coronation.

Which is why I hope she does try to enter politics. It will be a total comedy of tears, wails and a verbal/online bloodbath, because the stans will retaliate to defend their Kween.
