I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

Yes, he did, and he deserves all the jokes and humiliation coming his way. It was not a decent thing to do, to write about that in order to spice up his book so he could sell more copies at the expense of this woman and all the other women he humiliated in his book including the matron at Eton and even Cressida Bonas.

But we all know TW is all about empowering women for their achievements and not slut shaming anyone, looks like Hazza forgot the script or went rogue in order to create a hunk, daring soldier persona opposite of the boring, whiney boofhead he is

I can't get over the matron thing. If my son attended this school and I heard of her abysmal treatment I'd be at the headmaster's office so quick. I do not understand how that went on for years without ANYONE sticking up for her.

As the Brit's like to say, what Harry did was not cricket. Very poor taste, manners etc. A gentlemen does not kiss and tell.
