I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

I do feel like all this PR about how "desperately" KC III wants them there for his coronation is put out by them, trying to will it into happening.

The jewelry of Joel Arthur Rosenthal. In Place Vendome. Fanciful. And only for his select clientele. He also has a perfume line (no samples) in his salon and in Bergdorf Goodman, where one can experience them in person. many years ago he did sell aluminum rose petal earrings, available at bergdorfs and other outlets, but regretfully I passed at the time. To bring back to topic, lol, I doubt JAR would allow Meghan markle anywhere near his creations, nor do I think H could afford them

Despite all of the noise surrounding the Sussexes’ potential appearance at the King’s Coronation, the couple are not thought to have received any formal contact from either the Archbishop of Canterbury or the Royal family, suggesting that the apology and potential reconciliation that the Duke has called for may not be forthcoming.

Both Buckingham Palace and Kensington Palace refused to acknowledge any of the couple’s recent claims, a strategy which some believe may make it difficult to move forward, even privately.

The 2 most important auctions of his jewelry were Ellen Barkin & Lily Safra
in addition to the collection from Hillary & Wilbur Ross shown at The Metropolitan Museum
other clients of JAR were Ann Getty (recent auction) Susan Guttfreund, Mercedes Bass
A small collection of watches done for The Met as well with some fun titanium earrings
Heritage Auction in 2022 (not sure of the exact date) had a single seller collection
of the titanium jewelry.
JAR also has an exclusive line of fragrances. The first being GOLCONDA which was done in
a Baccarat bottle, also Diamond Water, Bed of Roses (very hard to find) Shadow. Jardenia,
Bolt of Lightning, Ferme tes Yeux & Jarling which are showcased in pebble shaped bottles.
No notes are disclosed for the fragrances, the presentation is very unusual in BG & will say
for the most part the fragrances are sultry, sensuous, sophisticated & distinctive.

Love your description. I googled JAR and mica Ertegun Bc I thought she had some pieces, but I came up with this auction listing from, Christie’s, entitled Property of a Lady of Title. I assume this is a bit of the lifestyle Megan erroneously assumed she would have by marrying H.
