I kindly request that all members participating in the MM and Harry thread dial back the vile rhetoric.

I am not opposed to discussing public personas on TPF, including the constant torrent of news surrounding the couple from this thread. But I find it troubling when their looks are being nitpicked apart to a degree that is just not appropriate.

This thread has drawn criticism over the years, and I discussed it at great length with Megs and the mods. I am not looking to close it down, but the vitriol needs to be dialed back.

My personal feelings about hate threads aside, this ultra-negative vibe is something better suited for other forums, Reddit, or elsewhere. I am holding our community to higher standards.

I’m still thinking it was a surrogate both times. I know it is outrageous but ask yourself this, is the deception it would require beyond what Meghan and Harry have already accomplished in other areas? In many ways it was easier because procreation issues are considered private and BP would never dream of addressing it. It was even easier with Invisibet. Out of sight, out of mind.

Maybe I’m wrong and that’s fine. (But I don’t think I am. )

I knew a family who had their own foundation. The mom had been a LAUSD teacher. The dad made a lot of money in business. The mom wanted their foundation to concentrate on donating school supplies to the schools. After she passed away, and the husband was retired, he and his daughter ran the foundation themselves and they were personally purchasing and delivering the supplies to the schools. I have a distinct memory of him saying that they had X amount of dollars they had to use before the end of their fiscal year and since one of them had had some health issues, they were trying to buy the supplies and get them delivered before that date. The point is, that there are REAL people with REAL foundations who want to do good and use the money and do the work. These are alien notions to people who just want the PR and the glory. Partnering is piggybacking and one day soon the charity being piggybacked is going to slip a disk and ask the piggybacker to get off and get lost.

I never quite understood why this Archewell thing exists at all.
I seems its only object is to help the Sussex family and hardly anybody else.
Does the world need such an organization?

It is a source of income. Income that is being washed/laundered through the foundation.

It's the only reason I can think of why he 'went along' with such a charade and all the other lies that are clearly hers.

I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but they are, so such a crazy plan may be normal for them

He wanted to carry on his line ??? Desperate for a son to outshine his nemesis George ? that screwy logic goes with his reluctance to give up the duchy.
IVF so they could pick the sex ??? They goofed not knowing the laws of inheritance, then covered their tracks ???

If he had an insta family it would be a reason to need more money quickly and more reason for the half in/out. He wanted this whilst The Queen was still living. Plus, Meghan was getting older by the minute.
