That would be on something small because when the price went up on the Babylone, it was by $130 or so.

ok i just called 866VUITTON and the girl said "i don't have any confirmation of a price increase in the near future". i even asked "are you suuuurrrrrrrrre?!"

i think she was lying through her teeth:laugh:

Yes, it sucks that LV is raising prices- but honestly, no one is forcing anyone to buy the bags, and if they can get away with it, I say all the power to them. If I had a product that people would be willing to pay more than I was currently asking, I'd raise prices too. It's just good business. But hey, I'm not too upset- more exclusivity is better anyway.

I do tend to agree. On average it would be around $20..and really, if we can afford to but $500+ bags, an extra $20 shouldn't really matter much.
I do think they raise the prices a bit too often though. I though it was only once a year but I've heard of more prices increases in the last 2 years than I ever have.

Agreed! I don't mind the price increases at all. Sure, I'll feel a tad bitter knowing that 2 years ago I could've bought a Le Tal for less than $1800, but that's not going to stop me from buying one in the future :love:

I'm sorry to rant - but I'm done with LV - for real this time. Between their ****ty service, quality issues, and constantly sky-rocketting prices for CANVAS bags - I just can't continue to justify this anymore.

I'm moving to Gucci - much more affordable, good customer service, and their LEATHER bags are cheaper than LV's canvas!!!

I think it's BS and people that are saying that its not that much of a increase are missing the point IMO. Well, at least they are missing why some people like me think it's BS. :yucky:

It's the principle!! How is it acceptable to keep increasing prices several times a year? I think it's taking advantage of people. Sure, no one is forced to buy the bags, but shouldn't we expect (demand?) good treatment as their customers? :rant:

I own a mono Wapity and Speedy 30 and was eyeing a BH and a Belem but now I will re-think that :cry:

my sentiments are simliar to yours, but I prefer Chanel. I can't justify or calfskin cambon! Its ridiculous! :rant:
