Kelly 32 in retourne went from £5860 in 2014 to £6220 in 2015. That's a price increase of 6.1%? majusaka was specifically asking about price increase on B/K, so I was going based on what I know from previous years. It'll be fantastic if there isn't an increase for leather in UK for 2016! :D

Also while most of the other scarves didn't see a price increase (since the price adjustment in second half of 2015), there was an increase for 70cm silks as it was £210 last year and £215 now.

As noted by noreen_uk, there's been an increase in sandals. I noticed that the Oran sandals are now £425. It was previously £415.

The price increase is inevitable as the Euro declines coupled with negative deposit interest rate. There might not be an increase in prices in the UK as (1) the Bank of England is keeping inflation rate to remain at 2% and (2) the £ is very strong and is the strongest CCY.

The problem with € is that it isnt pegged to the US$.

We trade currencies everyday at BarCap so I know this for a fact :smile1:

A lot of people doesnt know that you can actually reclaim 15% of any goods you bought in the UK if you do not live in the UK/Euro. This means if you spend £7k on a bag in the UK, you will reclaim £1k of that back!

Happy shopping all!

You are right. I forgot about the increase in Kelly bags. My bad. I only compared price in other categories, some had price reduction during mid year.

Prices are already very high in £ and if they keep increase prices in £ even more then I really will take my shopping in the € zone.

there goes a dramatic increase every time with the crocodile piece, as far as i know, such as the price pf Himalayan birkin in 30 size changed from 36,500 euro to 42,100 euro.:wacko:
