I would think the Large (or OS) would be good for that - depending what size laptop she has. I have a medium, and my 15.6" laptop fits, but not without part of the laptop showing out of the top (putting in in vertically). What a great gift!

I think she’ll really like it! One more question - have any of you bought one of the Almost Perfect bags? Are the faults minor enough that I should consider one of them?
Just to chime in, in agreement - I have the large tote and I use it for my laptop, lunch and whatever else I'm taking in that day. What I like is that I can fit the handles over my shoulder, even with a heavy coat. I don't have to walk far, but using the shoulder for hands-free is a godsend some days (well, all days right now -putting my mask on, getting my ID badge up to the electronic reader, stuff like that).
Some almost perfect bags are just that and others are not something that would be giftable. I have discovered you can return the almost perfect ones if you don’t like it but the shipping is on you and can get quite pricey. I tend to buy the premium bags. The only ones not returnable are the mystery boxes.

Hi! I just received my first PLG bag - the mini crossbody in green. Smaller than I expected but so cute! This leather easily scratches. Is the textured leather like that as well? I was thinking of getting the new color called Cold Brew. TIA!!!

The ‘scratches’ develop into a lovely patina. Or you could just rub them out with your fingers. The natural leather isn’t for everyone. The ’textured’ leather doesn’t scratch as easily, no. I have the green, too, and it’s such a gorgeous color!!!
Thanks for the quick reply! I do love the color!!!!I got it when it was the deal of the day so the price was so good! Im a little bummed that the nutmeg is off the site. That was another color I was considering.
Cold brew, nutmeg and oxblood are all pebbled leather and don't scratch easily like the merlot , green, or deep water.

Has anyone had any issues with an odor when they first get the bag? I can smell leather but it’s covered in an oil and chemical smell. I hoped it would be better once it was unboxed a few days but it’s not. It’s so pungent that I can smell it from 20 feet away. I just wonder if this is normal. Do the pebbled leather have the same issue or is just the smooth? Can anyone give me any feedback? TiA!
