I am having trouble with the Portero return process. I bought a bag from Portero.com and when I asked to return it they said I had to send it to Japan. It was not listed in the description that the bag was coming from Japan. So now I have to spend the money to ship to Japan, not sure now much that will cost. My problem is I want to know this BEFORE I buy the bag not after. Beware!

That would annoy me too!! Have you written to Portero about this? I also think it should be listed in the description that the bag has to be returned to Japan, particularly if you have to pay the return costs. Are you sure they won't give you a free return label?
