My Neuf Beige arrived with some serious defects, especially yhe strap. Definitely going back but here’s my thoughts:

1. The bag isn’t that big as a lot of people say.
2. The beige is so beautiful, not too yellow.

After seeing this, I dunno if I still wanna get Cyme that is on my wishlist. Definitely happy with my Umi though. Oh man....that really sucks. How has the quality gotten so bad so fast?!?!

I hope that you don't have any issues returning it.

Update: apparently the marks along the strap are wipeable, but other than what I posted, there are more funny green marks all over the straps. They’re pretty nasty looking although wiped clean. I attached a pic that makes them look better than IRL.

Even with just that corner wear, still, this is unacceptable? How could they send out stuff looking like this?

I hope the return process goes smoothly. I so wanted this bag for a while but the continued quality stories and horrible reviews on customer service have given me pause.
