I ordered one as a gift on 13 December (UK) and I didn't get it by Xmas so I cancelled the order.
How did you cancel the order? Their lack of CS is really making me reconsider even wanting the bag. I just want my money back. I think the USA site is not allowing cancellations. I am so jealous.
I emailed them and they responded immediately and refunded me. Made me wonder why they couldn't despatch as quickly as they can reply 😂
Lucky! I sent them an email a few days ago and they never responded. Also their socials ignore everyone complaining, too. Unbelievable.
So, I was looking at their site to try to find another way to reach them, and I realize that I can make an Polene account.
So I made an account for no reason and to my surprise it shows not just my past and current orders, but a live chat icon too!
To my relief I was able to reach an agent almost immediately, and he claimed to have sent a immediate message to "a workshop" and will get back to me asap. So we will see.

Ok weird, I just got an email for a shipping refund. But not the entire order. Looks like it is shipping.

I ordered my Dix & Nodde bags on 28 November and it arrived on 1 December. However, I didn’t like the zip opening of the Nodde bag as it’s too tight to put in / get things out of the bag. I asked for a return & refund and the process went very quick & smoothly done.
Then, I ordered a Tonca on 20 December and the package arrive on 22 December. I’m very happy with their customer service and fast shipment.

I bit the bullet and got them. Always liked the Un design; it was my first favorite Polene design. I spent a lot of time considering bags and the Un in particular, as well as what colors I wanted. Always wanted to expand my bag collection to add a little bit of color, but I had to think about what colors would look good on me and match my wardrobe. I got the burgundy secondhand from someone on poshmark. The seller showed me order confirmation and I just got it today. It looks good to me; no quality issues that I can see.
I also ordered sandalwood brand new from the online store, and it will arrive next week. With this, I will have ordered from Polene before and after their opening of their brick and mortar stores.
