Please help me with this Fendi Spy Bag

Hi,
My bf just got this from a co-worker for me who said it was authentic. Some things are good but I question other thing on the bag. It has the gold and silver hardware, all the detail and stiching and engravings are really nice, but the engravings are filled in, but it looks very very neat, it smells good and its really soft, but I am skeptical. Can someone please help!! Thanks, Here are some photos, the bag looks shiny in the pics but its not, the leather has a little bit of a bubble to it, but I have seen other ourses with much more. Thanks

I believe it's fake because the serial number doesn't look right. However, you should post here in the Fendi thread for a quick answer:

The leather looks too smooth and the bottom of the bag isn't as squared off as on a real Spy. I am thinking it's fake.
