I got this vintage Evelyne which was listed as box calf, but it has uncolored blindstamp and my guess is it might be Ebene Barenia, what are your thoughts?
It has several spots but they look worse in pics than IRL, I plan on treating them, if anyone has suggestions they are all welcomeView attachment 5782006View attachment 5782007

I think you may be correct. In which case it may be dry or sunlight faded because it looks light for Ebene and under the strap looks in better condition.

Thanks. I think something liquid had spilled inside, because there are some marks in the interior lining. No matter what, it still IS a beautiful leather, even with defects.

Might I suggest it's possibly Violet Chevre because I have an SO which looks just like this. I have Parme Chevre and it's definitely not the same shade of purple. HTH!
Thank you!! I’m going to take some more pics when I receive it and see if that will help. I was wanting Parme of course. It would make sense that it isn’t Parme because it has lingered on FP for a while…they are usually okay on their colors but not this time !

Just see if you love it! 2010 should not be Anemone, and probably FP was going off production colors available then, as opposed to SO colors. They are good at this stuff but NOT great :)

I love h purples too !
I agree not parme - used to have a CDC parme . Parme is like orchid color really bright lilac ! Attaching Hermes purples and a parme chèvre B 30!
@periogirl28 might be right looks like
Violet ! Thought of crocus too ?
This chart is not complete - no glyine , lilac , griolet, quetsche that I can see here …
There might be other missing ones .
