Well I prefer to sell on bonanaza, a lot like ebay but sellers can leave negative feedback and the fees are a lot lower than ebay. However they don't get the same level of traffic that ebay dose so your items can sit for a while. Yes can confirm that buyer was told by eBay to return the item to me. It was delivered at 2pm today by parcel force and surprise surprise the brown padded jiffy bag was empty apart from some newspaper!!! I'd video the parcel befor opening to as I was very suspicious due to it feeling really light, it weighed 89gs only!! Rang eBay and doesn't look good for me as they are still saying that the buyer didn't get original item and I need to look at couriers!! Post was next day, and I cannot pursue as no packaging for evidence. To rub salt in I noticed the buyer had just bought the small matching Cherry coin purse which matches my pouchette!:sad: I've rang for advice re: police but they are simply not interested with eBay disputes! Looks like I've lost my bag and money for good! Will not sell anymore on eBay that's for sure, no matter what you do the buyer seems to win !!

Just to add to everyone, the buyer is very clever, they had reported my pouchette as fake before purchasing and then after they paid and I sent the bag eBay removed the item!! My item was authentic as all my items I buy myself and thought it strange as never happened before and still had LV listings which wasn't removed. After just one hour ago speaking to eBay manager and putting this fact to her to see if it was the same person ?? Yes it was, the only reason would be that no feedback could be left , therefore it's like the transaction never took place on eBay, how many times has she done this to sellers!! Cannot leave feedback then for everyone to see. 1 seller replied to there feedback from her, also LV item, stating she was fraudster! Well I'm sooooo happy!!! After a lengthy conversation with eBay, my husband also had a chat!! eBay have reversed the final decision and will be investigating the buyer uk ebayer ID lulumylover
I have just recieved my money back from eBay to my PayPal!! Over the moon😄so pleased eBay saw this as it was! Fraud! Thanks to everyone on here for lovely comments and advise, you kept my spirits up whilst going through this! Xxxx

Thrilled that ebay reversed their decision & that your money is in your pp account..

Ebay has got to recognize that there are scammers out there in the marketplace

and each case has to be investigated properly & thoroughly..

These scammers know how to work it... ebay turns a blind eye..

And to the Original Poster, so happy it worked out for you and that the bay saw thru that scammer! What the scammer is doing needs to be stopped instantly. Thank You for posting [its] bay I.D. Yes I called that scammer and "IT" :tdown:.

And hope the bay goes after the scammer. I was told by a friend once that they [the bay] do keep lists, hope so.

I would love it if you could PM me this person's ID. Also, consider filing a report with the Mail Fraud division of your postal carrier. Even if your money was returned, it's likely that this person will keep doing this indefinitely until he/she is caught.

I know right, just terrible that this "person" (if you can call them that) feels that they can keep doing that (and all in a month too) and keep getting away with it, huh...Guess *bay is helping out our OP. If *bay couldn't see what we just saw--then they truly don't care about sellers...but there's always hope I suppose...
