Rika is the name of a swedish brand, that has the star as their icon. The bag that started the Rika hype in Scandinavia was just called the "Star bag". Try doing a Google images search on the keywords 'Rika star bag' and you see it in the first couple of hits.
The one I have is called "Zoe" and is a flap shoulder bag with the same star embellishment. It is a couple of years old, so I don't know if it's still around.
