I am desperately waiting for those platform boots to drop. It's been a while since I have wanted a specific item so much :)
Funnily enough they are nothing like old Celine...but they are great.
Also, interestingly I am not seeing the drops all over eBay, so maybe PP fans actually got the items?

I think it was a carefully managed and supervised drop. I don't think you could buy bulk. And I am sure they made sure the right people got the items they wanted. The website glitched so much on the day of the launch which guarantees adjustments were made on the backend. So many people whose order had gone through saw them canceled afterward.
And the people unboxing so far really look like the kind who would purchase. They made it clear they did not want influencer campaigns/marketing but wanted to rely on "key fashion tastemakers" & al, a.k.a. the Anna Wintours type.
Overall a success.

Like many of the others, I felt underwhelmed by the first launch. Only recently did I look at the website again and was intrigued by the Drive bag. I couldn't find much on it online, except this picture of Hailey Bieber with it. Just curious if anyone has it and their thoughts. I'd like to know about the quality/wear and tear. I think a nice dark brown or ivory would be perfect. I wonder if she will eventually create a brick and mortar once she's more established. 1708046635887.png

The bag looks nice but the straps seem quite thin relative to the size/heft of the bag ( just going off this picture). Those red loafers are beautiful though, I wonder if they're Phoebe philo as well.

The newest drop is now online. I thought the fringe shoes were cute but not at $1900. They still sold out! I'll wait for the Zara version-lol! I was looking at a couple of the new bags (hobo style) and I'm sorry but with the lobster clasp, it looks like it could be from Rebecca Minkoff and it's $4,000! Are you kidding me? I know that a lot of people are unhappy with the new Gucci bags because of the same exact reason. The first drop sold out rather quickly because of the hype and getting on the bandwagon of Phoebe's first collection (for the Philophiles out there) but I just have a feeling that people are not going to embrace the brand as much because of the ridiculous prices. The least expensive thing on the website are $450 sunglasses. Hoping they have seasonal sales....we shall see!

Yep, I looked at the soft flats and then thought about some of my flats. I have a decent sample and when I compare the soft flats to my favorites from Chanel, Mansur Gavriel, and Tieks, they do not appear worth it.

Her loafers give me Louis XIV vibes…. Will not work for larger feet!

The bags are…. I can’t. Not those styles for the price. And agree about the lobster clips.

Makes you wonder if the initial hype was even organic... And some prices seems to have dropped...
