I'm getting a replacement; It's been 2 weeks since I took my bag in to the shop. I wonder what the current waiting time is like....
If I were to get a new one my SA said she would have them rush the bag so I wouldn't have to wait the 6-8 weeks.
My original SA moved to Hong Kong; She helped me out for about 90 percent of the process of finding out what could be done about my bag.
Then she left; so I was passed on to this other lady who was TERRIBLY RUDE. She made me feel like she couldn't believe I was returning a bag for such a small amount of chipping. In my opinion there shouldn't be any chipping after one month.......
So I doubt she put a rush on it for me.
Thanks for your advice about the refund. I would've just ordered another bag but I have found something else I'm currently working on.....

I would seriously complain to the store manager about that SA. Her attitude and opinion wasn't needed with an issue that had already been solved ! She was there to help you and it's clearly with her attitude she wasn't . Also did you ask her if what she would've done if it was her money and her bag that happened to?
People like that annoy me !
You need to talk to the mgr. You're spending too much of your hard earned money for her to treat you like that. I won't tolerate it. I would've asked to work with another SA.
I think she was the "leather goods specialist". I can tell you right now that my next purchases will not go to her.... It's too bad that I don't stick up for myself too much. She was sitting there looking at it really closely for like 5 minutes and rubbing her finger over it and looking and "hmmm"ing.... Ugh. She didn't say much. I might email the store and ask for an update.
