I have actually been using this bag daily since the day I bought (9/29) it and it is super comfy. I have loved the artsy for a while but couldn’t handle how stiff the original handle was even with nothing in the bag so I never bought it. That said, of course if you don’t like it you shouldn’t keep it.
I have loved the Artsy as well. I just preferred the original handle.
 
Unfortunately, no Alma or Noe Noe in stock [emoji45] [emoji45] . I have just given up and will keep the Artsy I have.

You do have one other option now. You could sell this new Artsy, maybe take a little loss, and have a nice chunk of money to hunt down a beautiful good condition old Artsy design in the preowned market and maybe even have some money to spare. Definitely don’t settle for the bag if you don’t love it! Best of luck to you :)
 
I’m also confused why they are not willing to order the classic ?? I would take back that new artsy it’s extremly overpriced and looks like an art project. I myself have done defective exchanges before and have had items ordered. Perhaps try going through another store if possible, this one does not sound very helpful.

The SA said the exchange would have to be in stock at the store. So I cannot order from another store nor can I call customer service and order. I have asked this a million times and gotten the same reply.
I saw another poster have the same issue with having to exchange for a in stock item. Maybe this is a new policy. I'm not sure.

That's not true. I dropped off my PM for exchange this week, the SA gave me a reservation number for PM and told me they would call me within 2 months when a new PM becomes available for me in store. You may need to talk to the manager.

I have been told that as well and as a result I took my defective bag home. I’m trying to keep it as a reminder of why I shouldn’t buy so much LV but it’s not working too well so far.
