Oooh I was too slow to get the drops but I wish I had managed to so so much!!! White metallics are gorgeous aren't they?! I held off buying a freshadama strand for about a year and a half till they had a full strand of metallics available for me (this was before they managed to get them in stock as a regular website item)!! Love them so much and I would LOVE to see a pic of your pendant with the rest of your collection!

I like white and black.
I am not really found of peach and lavender.
I probably would want grey one's, but it is more hard to find them.
Just made photos of some of mine earrings.
Flowery earrings are from Ben Bridge, they have wonderful luster, color, and are very round. Although when i bought them they were FWP. I compared them to Mikimoto sold at Ben Bridge and they were pretty close (the bottom pearl).
The small black akoya is from Nahoku. Love this company!
The 7 mm akoya is from PP.
The 9-10 round FWP are from PP.
The 10-11 mm button pears are Honora.

I don't like full necklaces strands on me but the freshwater metallic drop is my favorite necklace right now. i'll try to get pics this weekend of my pearl collection
Sadly, my full strand never gets worn by me either. Luckily, my mother wears it out in a twist with my tahitian pearl strand haha
Blossy, I don't think the roundness would impact upon length since that would be measured independently and not through the number of pearls included in a necklace, so it should sit like an 18 inch necklace either way would be my impression!

Regarding wearing a full strand.... In my mind I felt it might be a little... matronly?? But recently I've seen some younger women wearing them with suits at work and it looks so polished. And the team photos of the PP staff certainly help me to realise that a full strand can look great regardless of age.

I think full strands can look great particularly if the rest of your outfit is sleek, like a sharp suit or great fitting trousers with a menswear inspired shirt. Especially if the pearls are not too small and dainty.
they're both 7.5 inches but the freshadama is tighter fitting then the akoya because of the pearl size I think? same length but different sized pearls
