Did you check to see if they're out of stock? I know a lot of the studs aren't in stock at the moment. I'd call them, they're actually pretty helpful if you can snag someone on the phone. They're usually pretty good with emails too, I normally get a response within 48 hours.
That's what it turned out to be, but I'm pretty disappointed.
There was nothing on the site saying the studs I wanted were out of stock when I placed my order on the 28th. I heard NOTHING from them, until I got an email today in answer to my email question. Supposedly the studs are out of stock, but they had been expecting a shipment this week, which won't be in until next week. AFTER mother's day...which now leaves me shopping for another gift...
I think better practice would've been to send pre-emptive emails informing of the delay.... or something.
