You're ONLY protected if you ship it to a CONFIRMED address, so unfortunatly, you're not covered on any over seas transactions. If she keeps changing, I would tell her no.

Well my PP says Cyprus, confirmed address! I think it depends on the banks of each country and whether they verify your address!

It may be confirmed to you, but it might not be confirmed to someone in another contry sending an item to you.
