I love the blanket stitching on the hangtag. I would say, if you can and if you have enough bags, try to 'trade' with your other bags and maybe this will look good on another bag. Sometimes, I 'trade' with my other bags. Maybe I should call the 1-800 number and get a huge tag like ~KT~ got. I find the Carly hangtags to be too small for such lovely bags. I'd love to have a huge tag! Still, I haven't lost a tag yet (*knock on wood*) and I always try to pinch the beaded chain when I get a new bag. So far so good.

When I called for a replacement tag and was sent one that did not match my bag. I called back the 800 number, they confirm that the tag that I needed was no longer available and the one they sent to me was what they thought was a good match. The SA on the phone even said that is what the cardboard card said that was included with the hangtag.They sent me a huge brass coach tag.
