I am normally not a fan of Paris or her wardrobe choices but I actually do like this dress. Its loud and fun and happy. Yes, its also a little too Rainbow Brite to be practical but as evidenced by mini-skirts and no panties, practical doesn't really matter to the wearer, does it?
