Thanks for the information, what do you mean by "dainty"? Has anyone used Brighton? I am trying to get similar quality of beads (i.e. staying away from "fake" Pandora or Kohl's individuality which I have heard are poor quality) to Pandora but would like a larger selection (and these other collections also seem a bit cheaper or the same price as Pandora)

I am looking at one Brighton bead. I did not have any of them, but I have several key holders for years now. The quality of plating is excellent. I feel Brighton charms are much bigger than Pandora.

I have several Brighton dangles which I like a lot. They're very large. They have some animal dangles (cat, dog) which are really cute.

I have this ice-skate charm on my holiday bracelet:

I use them as focal pieces on both my Pandora and my Troll bracelets. Brighton charms are silver-plated with a lacquer-like coating. They seem high quality and it's impossible to tell any difference between their metal and the solid silver charms beside them. I did a search for reviews before I bought them and people find Brighton charms to be very durable. I've been wearing the dangles on my bracelets for close to a year now and haven't noticed any wear or chipping. And gosh they're low-cost compared to Pandora and Troll charms. Pandora must not consider Brighton a threat because my local Pandora store has a display of Brighton next to the Pandora counter which is where I first spotted them.

It is cute! Thank you for sharing. Honestly, I would not worry much. I have key hoders, belt, and few other pieces, and all of them hold on very well over time.

Trollbeads bracelets and necklaces have a chain that is a bit smaller in thickness than Pandora brand chains. They are also quite different in the way the charms attach to the bracelets.

Question, if anybody had "the eye" bead by Trollbeads, how much variation in color do you have? I just got one completely blue, with some white dots (air, crystal?) , no greenish color, no light bluish at all.

I'm about to jump from Pandora to Trollbeads.
One of my Pandora bracelet is actually too big, and Trollbeads, through the Ultimate Exchange Program, is ok to take it as credit toward a starter kit. Somehow, I think Pandora is making a big mistake in refusing to exchange old bracelets...

Agreed. Pandora does upgrades from silver to gold but no exchanges.

I will keep asking. Girls, just wondering. I've got 2 murano beads from Trollbeads. One was completely not the color pictured - "the eye", it was just blue, nothing else. Sent it back. Another one, sakura bead, come chipped from both sides. I love Pandora muranos, and keep hearing how great Trollbeads muranos are, and my first two beads are disastrous. Any thoughts?

I can only comment on my Pandora vs Chamilia i have no troll beads, i have seen them but they are entirely different so i have yet to get into them.

I was given a LTD edt black cat by Chamilia and it's worn terribly, to the point where i would not buy another by them. Very disappointed TBH as this was a special gift from my oldest to represent my black cat..

I do prefer the color Chamilia does vs Pandora but durability of the stoned charms is poor ime. The regular siliver charms however seem fine as my oldest daughter owns a few of them amongst her 3 or 4 Pandora bracelets(sorry i loose track of what she has)

I am sorry to hear you are having a negative experience with your beads! Where are you ordering from?

That is a shame to hear about the Chamilia black cat... I was going to buy it but now I am glad I didn't thank you for the feedback! I have all 3 brands, Troll is my FAVORITE, Pandora is the easiest to collect due to the fact that Pandora is everywhere, and I like Chamilia but I only like a few of the charms; plus, there is only one shop near me that sells them and they don't do a good job of keeping them in stock to be honest.

I think there's quite a bit of variation among the Trollbeads in terms of both color and design. I've bought some online that have been on clearance from stores going out of business and I'm always amazed at how different the bead I've received is from the variations seen online. For that reason I think it's hard to buy them online. I also received one bead that was chipped, which I guess is inevitable sometimes. That said I have liked the Trollbeads that I've bought online. Kinda pricey though which is why I haven't bought any that haven't been drastically reduced in price.

The eye was from trollbeads, mailed it back. I was dark blue, no light watered down blue around the eye itself. And sakura was from Perlen. I've ordered few times from them (not glass beads), no problems. So mailed it back too.
Now, I am really cautious of buying glass beads. I have Pandora muranos for over 4 years, and they are sturdy... They do vary, but not as much as I saw with "the eye".

OK, girls, still need your help, pretty please :-)
I've red somewhere about amazing store in BC Canada, and I totally lost it where I read it. I've tried to search through topics and could not find it. What kind of village is it, that is beautiful by itself, has trollbeads store and is close to border in BC Canada. Thank you!
