Just got the khaki coloured cotton string and the hanging rhodolite garnet!

I didn't realise the gold ends on the cotton string are smaller than the ones on the old leather lariats. Beads can't just hang there without a knot, as they'll fall out...

Here is another pic of the string and the rhodolite with my wood and silver beads. :D

mitties27, my_delirium: Thanks! I can't wait for the entire rhodolite garnet set to be released. Someone posted the facebook link with images of a matching necklace, ring and earrings. That got me hooked! :amuse:

My Breast cancer bracelet!! First pandora item since...... umm... I cannot remember! lol I figured 2 full bracelets and a partial 3rd was enough for now! But I could not pass on this one.. :D
I added a few beads and put 2 clips on it as well, I find that they seem to keep them in one place.. or at least prevent the beads from sliding around very freely, so for those of you who are concerned with the charms gathering at the bottom, might be worth giving it a go!! ;)
Sorry for the crappy iphone pics, my camera died and I haven't replaced it yet!

but unless it is really tight on your wrist - that entire section is still going to be heavy and will still always be underneath your wrist, I can't see how the clips change that? They may stop the beads from moving so much, but I don't want my bracelet to be skin tight on me, which means all of those beads will still be hanging underneath.

That's one of the main reasons I started buying Pandora, because I liked the concept of the 3 sections, clipped off so that there were always beads in each area of the bracelet, and beads spaced evenly around that didn't all fall to the bottom.
The leather ones no longer allow that....which is why even though I think they are pretty, I won't be buying any more of them.

That is so cool especially the way you have added the wooden beads. May I ask how you wear this - necklace or bracelet. I've never seen the lariats.

Thanks

Thanks lisalovesshoes & pitt_bull. :D The way I've tied this would be for a bracelet, but I could also wear it as a necklace. I just have to change the lariat a little. I'm too scared to ruin the lariat so quickly. I bet I'll put it away so I won't damage it.

None of my favorite Pandora stores have the new beads yet. :weird: Since my mom's birthday, I have finished her pink bracelet and got a free bracelet that is begging for beads! I really want to start something with browns, neutrals, and wooden beads! Maybe even on a leather bracelet. I am waiting...but I am ready to see everything new in person!

Great Pandora day for me. In the mail I got my Breast Cancer awareness bracelet from Australia. It is really pretty and unique. I'm not sure if it's actually worth the money, but some goes to charity so I can live with it. I also got the Turquoise Pearl Dangle retired bead a lovely jeweler found for me. It is amazingly beautiful and adds so much to my retired bracelet. Also, the Pandora retail store in KOP got in the fall beads, but my budget is getting tight, so I have to wait a bit for those.
