I completely understand. I go back and forth, I finish a bracelet but then take off some beads to complete another bracelet with a different theme. Does this make sense? I also have some "holiday" beads that just sit in the box. This makes me feel guilty and sad too, looking a them just sitting there :sad:

I just started my summer "Tweaking". With my multi-color candy like murano bracelet (posted page or 2 back). I have been collecting for awhile and I hate wearing my full heavy Pandora bracelets when outdoors enjoying the weather in the summer (mostly weekends) so I go from full 20-21 beads on my 7.9 to 16 beads.
On the http://forum.purseblog.com/the-jewe...s-how-do-you-design-your-bracelet-460422.html thread Dalia posted wearing two connected bracelets and wrapping them. Well, I did that look this weekend (86 degrees) it still was pretty heavy 32 beads total.
I sometimes wear a full bracelet with regular beads and 5 muranos mixed on it. The muranos seem much lighter and seem to lift the bracelet off my skin making everything feel less sticky.
This is also my first summer with my beloved leather bracelets and I am looking forward to the reduced weight since you aren't supposed to full those up.

I understand the "light" feeling you are talking about. I am currently wearing my blue in progress, is not completely full yet and it felt good with today's temperature (91 degrees). My problem is that I love the look of a full or almost full bracelet. That along with my addiction (sshhh) will make me want to fill it up quickly

The bracelets didn't have the crown over the o until 2008. I have bought them both online and in stores without the crown. I am sure yours is real if you bought it from an authorized dealer.

Charmfan I am right there with you preferring a full bracelet. If I have a free space I am constantly thinking of which bead to it. The weight doesn't really bother me. I look at it like shoes: they kill your feet but you look fabulous.

I am starting to wonder about how heavy a full bracelet will be. I have 9 beads now and I was telling my boyfriend that wow it is getting heavy. Not uncomfortable, just a weight. But how heavy do they get?

'How heavy'?...seems like they can get heavy. the enamel dots beads are heavy. I have 2 on one. decided against 4 because of the weight.
I have 2 bracelets. 'Tweaked' today, and it was a great feeling to just take 2 Muranos off of one and re purpose to basically fill another that needed more. the white Muranos are versatile! :smile1:

I also recently purchased a leather with silver cord, which now holds my 'winter' Murano and 2 zen beads.

But still $200 later...I went Pink...to change out for summer. I put 3 Muranos on one bracelet (I think that is my max, and placement is key for comfort)

Still not done with the first, but I also added 2 more 'clips' as well. (charms tend to stick on the break points)
I'm thinking about waiting until fall for new beads...anybody else?

Does anyone know about price increasing trends in Pandora over the years?

luvpugs- i have been collecting pandora since 2006, I think I have seen at least two, maybe three price increases since that time- probably three since I think my first bracelet was only 35.00 and now I think they are up to 50.00, the gold clasp was only like 180.00 then also.

I dont think there is necessarily an increase every year from what I have seen.

Here are my second bracelet in two tones with a little bit animals and princess theme and my gray leather bracelet. What do u think?

When I bought the silver bracelet, the seller told me that the two clips are in circulation (with and without crown).
